Not gonna work for me. Once I’m over this sickness I have, it’s running in the heat for me. Anyone have any tips on dietary steps I could take to losing 30 pounds as soon as possible?
Okay stop it right now. You don’t really want to eat all that junk food shit. You don’t need it. You know how to lose weight, but you just don’t, because you keep fucking up by eating all that gross foods that do absolutely nothing for you body, or health. You have been wanting to lose weight since grade 6. Grade 6! Now is the time to start seeing that you have done shit all, for all these years. Don’t you dare go into the kitchen and get the foods that are going to put you right back where you started from. You remember that kid on the bus, asking you if you had been eating McDonalds everyday? Think back to that time. Don’t let anyone ever make fun of you again. Be proud of yourself. Don’t you want to be proud of yourself, you deserve to be happy. When you look in the mirror you cry. Why do you think that is? It’s because you hate your reflection. It’s not going to change on its own. It won’t change over night. You have to work for it. Never stop. Keep going. You can do this and you will be thin. Burning only 100 calories is better than burning none and sitting on your ass all day on Tumblr, looking at thin gorgeous girls. Looking at those girls won’t make you any thinner, or more pretty. It is just going to waste time. Look at those girls for inspiration, don’t envy them. You can be just like them! Make your life amazing again. Make yourself happy. Isn’t that what you want? Happiness? Then go our there and make it happen. GO. RIGHT NOW. <3

Okay, so I wrote this up, just to keep me motivated and what not. Just thought I would share it. :)
RUNNERS KNOW it’s important to stay hydrated to run their best, especially in the summer. “Being more than two percent dehydrated in warm environments causes a decline in performance,” says Robert W. Kenefick, Ph.D., a physiologist with the U.S. Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine….
